The Link Stryjewski Foundation charity Bal Masqué kicks off Carnival season in New Orleans with a masquerade party featuring live New Orleans Brass & Funk, Cajun Dancehall and Haitian Vodou Rock ‘n’ Roots music. On January 19th, James Beard Award-winning Chefs Donald Link and Stephen Stryjewski (Herbsaint, Cochon, Butcher, and Pêche) bring together a host of nationally renowned celebrity chefs and mixologists for an unforgettable evening. General admission tickets start at $300; reserved seats and tables of 10 are available.
Chefs' Dinner with Guest Chef Andrew Carmellini will take place the evening before Bal Masqué.
Event proceeds support the Link Stryjewski Foundation's efforts to nourish, educate and empower the youth of New Orleans.
